The commercial water heater in a popular sushi restaurant stopped working Friday morning. We were able to troubleshoot and diagnose the problem. Our local suppliers had in stock the parts to repair the heater. We installed a new pilot assembly and a new gas control valve. After repairs were done the water heater is in good working condition.
