Our customer called because she had a foul odor coming from the under house. Further inspection revealed that the cast iron kitchen drain had rotten away from the bottom and was pouring the drain water in the crawlspace. A previous company had replaced the pipes in the crawl space before, however they failed to replace all of the old cast iron pipe. We made an opening on the outside wall and replaced the sanitary tee for both kitchen and laundry drains, ensuring there was no longer a leak.
