Customer called us because he could hear water running in his house, while everything was off. We determined that he had a slab leak. Using different tools we were able to trace the underground pipe where the leak was, and also listen for it. We pinpointed the location of the leak and gave our customer options for the solution. Our customer opted to abandon the line because it was only feeding an outside faucet. For our customer this was the most cost effective solution. Using our pipe tracer we located the manifold in the wall and capped and abandoned the leaking underground pipe.
