Leaking Tankless Water Heater In Poway CA

We were called out to look at a leaking tankless water heater. We found that the heat exchanger was leaking. The unit was only 7 years old, this unit was still under warranty through the manufacturer. We called the manufacturer for the customer, and they assessed the situation and decided to give the customer a new heater under warranty. We worked with one of our local suppliers and we will be getting a unit in a few days for our customer.
