Our customer reported extremely low water pressure in her house. After troubleshooting, we determined that the cause of her low water press was a bad pressure regulator. Once we replaced the pressure regulator her house pressure returned to normal at 65 psi. The old pressure regulator had rocks and irremovable build-up that caused it to fail.
